Energy, enthusiasm, expertise and experience. I have a 19 year old son (the girls just noticed), a happy golden retriever, 2 cats; many precious memories (AND LONG STORIES). I spend most days trying help others hear by tuning the precious sounds amid the noise and chaos we live in. My special interests are hearing aids, gadgets, Oregon schools, whining, tiny old cobalt blue bottles, colored glass, used engagement rings, assistive listening device, hearing technology, hearing aid consumers, girls named Alethea Anne Swift and Mary Anne Baker, Mary Anne Hogan, Mary Magic Rose, Mary Whitfield and sober horsethieves, etc.
Life does not turn out according to our plans, hopes and dreams. It is constantly evolving, giving us the opportunity to learn from our mistakes, to help each other and to laugh again. This blog is published in the hope that one day a very precious and special young lady named Anne will want to know me and will give me the opportunity to know her.
